Check In. Check In time is anytime after 4:00pm and by prior arrangement by speaking with the Innkeeper and Check Out time is 11:00AM. An additional hourly check in/out may be arranged for a $75 fee subject to room availability. Please inquire.
Parking. Parking is offsite at the inn on our private lot, ONE vehicle per room is permitted. However ALL guests must obtain a peaking permit to park their vehicle in the lot upon check in. We frequently TOW vehicles as we are in an active area. Please be mindful of our policy so we don’t mistake your vehicle for someone who is not staying at the inn. This also applies to early arriving guests to the area. The parking spaces are available at check in time for your stay not before 3:00pm day of arrival. Thank you for helping us ensure all of our guests have parking.
Cancellation policy and Inn policies. We ask that as a small inn, you understand our need for ample notice of cancellation. A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is given at least 10 days prior to a Friday and/or Saturday night reservation and 14 days prior to stay during holidays, festivals, special events or any night during October and December. A minimum of 5 days cancellation notice is required for Sunday through Thursday night reservations. For cancellations made after the required deadlines a refund, less a $65.00 service charge, will be made if the inn is able to rebook the accommodations. We sincerely appreciate your patronage, so please inquire if you have any questions regarding this policy. You must CALL to cancel a reservation via telephone. Cancellations can NOT be made via the booking engine or online.
GIFT CERTIFICATES. Gift certificates may be purchased online for either inn. However the bearer of the certificate MUST CALL to make a reservation. Reservations for Gift Certificates can NOT be made online. Please read the back of the certificate before calling.
Smoking. We are a FULLY non-Smoking Inn. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only (no smoking on balconies or porches). If it is determined by the innkeepers that smoking has occurred in the room, a $400 cleaning charge will be added to the credit card.
Children. Children are welcome. No childcare provided. Additional fee for extra persons in room.
Additional Person(s). $15/Child. $35 for additional adult. Rate is based upon double occupancy for all rooms.
Alcohol. Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bring your own).
Pets. Your four legged colonial friend (dog) is welcome for a $35 fee. You may add a pet after you have booked a reservation, but please call us. Rooms are entered daily for safety and security of all guests regardless of pets.
Seasonality. The Boone’s Lick Trail Inn is open all year round. Christmas/New Years limited meals/services. Discounts available for corporate guests (single occupancy). Please inquire via phone.
